At LERT, we take care to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. Our products are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. Below you will find detailed information about our shipping policies, delivery times, and what to expect when ordering from us.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (THAILAND)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Thailand. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Bangkok metropolitan area deliveries are usually faster, within 2-4 business days. Express shipping is available for an additional fee with delivery within 1-2 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions. Delivery times vary by region: Southeast Asia (5-10 business days), Asia Pacific (7-14 business days), Europe and Americas (10-21 business days). Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees which are the responsibility of the recipient.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to over 50 countries including Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Germany, France, United States, and Canada. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
PACKAGE WEIGHT LIMITS
Due to the nature of our products, individual packages are limited to 30 kg maximum. For larger orders, items may be split into multiple packages which could arrive on different days. Each package will be tracked separately and you will receive tracking information for all shipments.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the Orders page. For international shipments, tracking may be limited once the package enters your country's postal system. If you have questions about your shipment, please contact us with your order number.
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including any apartment or unit numbers. For large items, ensure there is adequate access to your delivery location. Our carriers will attempt delivery during business hours. If you are not available, a notice will be left with instructions for redelivery or pickup. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, carrier issues, or high-volume periods such as holidays. LERT is not responsible for delays outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
All packages are insured during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Do not discard the packaging as it may be required for the claim process. For lost packages, please allow 14 business days from the estimated delivery date before filing a claim. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund.
PICKUP OPTION
For customers in Bangkok, we offer a pickup option at our showroom. Select "Pickup" at checkout to arrange a collection time. Pickup orders are typically ready within 2 business days. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up your order.
