Welcome to LERT. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. Please read these terms carefully before using our services or placing an order. By using our website or purchasing products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using the LERT website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
PRODUCTS & ORDERS
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products without notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product due to photography, lighting, and screen display differences. Dimensions and specifications are provided as accurately as possible but may have minor variations due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of order through our secure payment system. We accept major credit cards and PromptPay. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount including applicable taxes and shipping.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship worldwide from Bangkok, Thailand. Due to product weight limitations, packages are restricted to 30 kg maximum per shipment. Larger orders may be split into multiple packages. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. LERT is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number. Custom orders, personalized items, and special configurations are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
WARRANTY
LERT products come with a 5-year warranty on structural components against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Wood finishes and surfaces are warranted for 1 year. To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of LERT and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. The LERT name, logo, and product names are trademarks of LERT and may not be used without authorization.
USER ACCOUNTS
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update your information as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LERT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LERT, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms, your use of our products, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
